📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Identify key areas for procurement transformation and develop strategic initiatives to drive improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and align procurement strategies accordingly.
  • Develop and implement best practices and technologies to enhance procurement processes.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of procurement activities to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to procurement team members to foster a culture of excellence.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in procurement.
  • Report on procurement performance and provide insights to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, with a proven track record of transformation initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes, strategies, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficient in using procurement software and technologies.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
