Based in Canggu, you will work on a variety of projects, from developing new product packaging to designing digital ads and social media content. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop creative concepts and design solutions that align with our brand's identity and marketing goals.
• Create high-quality visuals for print, digital, and social media platforms using tools like Adobe Creative Suite.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure designs meet performance metrics and customer engagement targets.
• Conduct market research and stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies.
• Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback to refine final deliverables.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines and quality standards.
• Assist in the development of brand guidelines and style guides for consistent design execution.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our design processes and workflows.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in creative design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Experience with design tools like Canva or Figma is a plus.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Passion for performance marketing and a deep understanding of how design impacts customer engagement and conversion rates.
