This is a full-time role based in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung, offering a competitive salary of IDR 3500000 - 5000000 per month. As an Outlet Crew Member, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a memorable dining experience. You'll be responsible for preparing and serving food, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and providing excellent customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve food to customers in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including cleaning tables, equipment, and restrooms
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or complaints promptly and professionally
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the highest standards of food quality and cleanliness
• Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies and reporting any shortages
• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
• Follow company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations
• Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a fast-food or restaurant environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety and sanitation
• Familiarity with basic kitchen equipment and tools
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 20 kg
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
