📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Visit clients to remind them of their loan obligations and negotiate repayment plans.
• Collect loan repayments and ensure timely payments.
• Follow up on overdue accounts and work with clients to resolve payment issues.
• Document all collection activities and maintain accurate records.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints.
• Monitor and report on collection performance metrics.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in collections.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in collections or a related field.
• Proven track record of successful collections and customer relationship management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and collection management software.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
