As an Import/Export Customer Service & Documentation Clerk, you'll be responsible for managing customer inquiries, preparing shipping documents, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage customer inquiries and provide exceptional service to both domestic and international clients.
• Prepare and process shipping documents, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and packing lists.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements.
• Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth logistics operations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using SAP and Excel.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new processes and procedures to improve efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in import/export documentation or customer service in the logistics industry.
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures.
• Proficient in using SAP and Excel for data management.
