Field Collection Officer - Land Acquisition & Financial Services

As a Field Collection Officer, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of land acquisition transactions. You will conduct site visits, negotiate deals, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct site visits and inspections to assess the suitability of land for acquisition.
• Negotiate and finalize land acquisition deals with property owners and developers.
• Prepare and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and titles.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for land transactions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient transaction processes.
• Provide regular reports on the status of land acquisition projects.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all land transactions.
• Assist in financial services related to land acquisitions, including budgeting and forecasting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in land acquisition and financial services.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian property laws and regulations.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with GIS software such as QGIS or ArcGIS.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
