📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Optimize production processes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Analyze production data using tools like SAP and Microsoft Excel to identify bottlenecks and propose solutions.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles to improve productivity and quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor and evaluate production performance metrics to ensure compliance with targets.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for production processes.
• Conduct root cause analysis to address production issues and prevent recurrence.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in manufacturing and industrial engineering.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial engineering or a similar role in the manufacturing industry.
• Proficient in using SAP and Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
