• Oversee the construction of electromechanical systems, including electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems, ensuring they meet all regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution and communication.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or challenges that may arise, implementing effective solutions to keep projects on track.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards, and conduct regular safety inspections to maintain a safe working environment.
• Conduct site inspections and audits to assess project progress, identify areas for improvement, and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure the highest standards of workmanship and project deliverables.
• Provide technical guidance and support to site teams, ensuring they have the necessary resources and expertise to complete projects successfully.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electromechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in electromechanical construction, with a proven track record of successful project management.
• Certification as an Electromechanical Construction Supervisor or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of relevant regulations, codes, and standards, including electrical, mechanical, and plumbing codes.
• Proficient in using project management software such as Procore, Primavera P6, or MS Project.
