📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the depot, ensuring smooth and efficient logistics processes.
• Manage and mentor a team of depot operators, ensuring high levels of performance and compliance with safety regulations.
• Optimize depot operations to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve service quality.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including procurement, inventory management, and customer service, to ensure seamless operations.
• Implement and monitor quality control measures to maintain high standards of service.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Leverage data analytics and reporting tools to track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic initiatives that drive depot performance and growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in managing depot operations.
• Certification in Logistics Management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong understanding of logistics software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Proven ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on insights.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
