Borland Development Corporation is looking for a Creative Marketing Specialist to help us craft the visual identity of our premium real estate projects in Bali. If you're a passionate Graphic Artist with a knack for design, this is your chance to make a real impact on the island's real estate landscape.

In this role, you'll work closely with our development team to create stunning visuals that capture the essence of each project. Your daily tasks will include designing marketing materials, social media content, and promotional campaigns that showcase our properties in the best light. You'll be using industry-standard tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Figma to bring your creative visions to life.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute creative marketing strategies for our real estate projects.
• Design high-quality visual content for digital and print media, including brochures, flyers, social media posts, and website banners.
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure all visual materials align with project branding and marketing goals.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies to keep our visuals fresh and engaging.
• Manage and edit high-quality photography and videography for marketing purposes.
• Create and maintain a consistent visual identity for our brand across all platforms.
• Analyze the performance of marketing materials and provide insights for improvement.
• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including events and promotions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools like Canva and Figma.
• Strong understanding of real estate marketing and branding principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
• Creative mindset and a passion for design.
• Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and tools.
