📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and menu specifications.
• Ensure food is cooked to the required standard of quality, presentation, and safety.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety in the kitchen.
• Assist the executive chef in training and developing junior kitchen staff.
• Manage inventory and ensure that all ingredients are properly stored and used efficiently.
• Work efficiently under pressure to meet the demands of a busy kitchen.
• Participate in kitchen meetings and contribute to the development of new menu items.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a professional kitchen.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with kitchen management software such as QuickBooks or similar.
• Valid food handler certification.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
