As an Architectural Quality Control Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing and approving architectural plans, conducting site inspections, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and international standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Review and approve architectural plans, ensuring they meet design specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct site inspections to verify the accuracy and quality of construction work.
• Ensure compliance with local and international architectural standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve design and construction issues.
• Prepare and submit reports on quality control findings and recommendations.
• Participate in project meetings and provide expert input on architectural and quality control matters.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in architectural quality control.
• Train and mentor junior staff on quality control procedures and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural quality control, with a strong background in construction and design.
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural design software.
• Certification in architectural quality control or a related field is a plus.
• Strong understanding of local and international building codes and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
