📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement mine closure plans in accordance with international standards and local regulations.
• Oversee the execution of rehabilitation projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
• Monitor and report on the progress of closure activities, identifying and mitigating risks.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, including government agencies, contractors, and local communities, to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations throughout the closure process.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to assess the status of rehabilitation works.
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams and contractors.
• Prepare and submit closure reports to regulatory bodies and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mine closure and rehabilitation projects.
• Professional certification in mine closure and rehabilitation (e.g., CMRP, CMRP-C, or equivalent).
• Familiarity with international standards such as the International Council on Mining and Metals (ICMM) and the United Nations Framework Classification for Fossil Fuels and Minerals (UNFC).
• Strong project management skills with experience using tools like MS Project, Primavera, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Knowledge of environmental regulations and compliance requirements in Indonesia.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
