📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for software, hardware, and services,Collaborate with engineers and product managers to ensure accuracy and completeness of technical content,Create user manuals, quick start guides, and other end-user documentation,Write and edit technical articles, white papers, and case studies,Ensure consistency in tone, style, and formatting across all technical documents,Review and revise technical documentation to improve clarity and usability,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong writing and editing skills with a focus on clarity and accuracy,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
