📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise store staff, ensuring high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Oversee inventory management, including stock control, ordering, and reordering.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products and increase sales.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, and provide regular reports to management.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Participate in store audits and quality control processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a retail store or department.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems.,Knowledge of merchandising and display techniques.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
