📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop, document, and maintain standardized business processes and SOPs.,Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.,Train and mentor staff on new processes and procedures.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of business processes.,Identify areas for improvement and recommend process enhancements.,Collaborate with department heads to understand business needs and develop appropriate processes.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date process documentation.,Support the implementation of process improvements and changes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in business process management or a related field.,Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.
