📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure adherence to food safety standards.,Develop and implement new menu items and culinary concepts.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Maintain high standards of food presentation and quality.,Manage inventory and ensure efficient use of ingredients.,Coordinate with the management team to ensure smooth restaurant operations.,Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.,Stay updated with the latest culinary trends and techniques.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Chef in a professional kitchen.,Proven track record of managing kitchen staff and operations.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with local and international cuisine.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, tourist-heavy environment.,Valid food handler's certificate and relevant certifications.
