📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage client relationships and ensure their satisfaction throughout the visa processing journey.,Process visa applications accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with all regulations and requirements.,Coordinate with various stakeholders, including embassies, consulates, and other service providers, to facilitate visa approvals.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly.,Monitor and report on visa processing metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute client acquisition strategies.,Stay up-to-date with visa policies, regulations, and industry trends to provide accurate advice and guidance to clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in visa processing, account management, or a similar role.,Proven track record of managing client relationships and ensuring their satisfaction.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.,Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with visa processing software and systems is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
