As a Part-Time Service Crew, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that every guest leaves satisfied and eager to return. Your daily tasks will include greeting customers, taking orders, and serving food and drinks with a smile. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet and assist customers at the entrance, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
• Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently using our Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Serve food and drinks to customers at their tables, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables and waiting areas.
• Handle cash transactions and process payments using our payment terminals.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure that orders are prepared and delivered correctly.
• Participate in daily tasks such as restocking supplies, cleaning, and maintaining a tidy and welcoming environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or hospitality role.
• Proven ability to work well in a team and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Basic knowledge of English is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and perform physical tasks such as carrying and moving tables.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, as required by the restaurant.
