Medical Advisor - Healthcare Consulting & Advisory Role

Reycom Document Solusi is seeking a Medical Advisor to join our team in Bekasi Timur, Jawa Barat. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and implementing healthcare strategies, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing expert medical advice to our clients. This is a full-time contract position offering a competitive salary of Rp 15,000,000 to Rp 25,000,000 per month.

As a Medical Advisor, you will work closely with healthcare professionals and clients to understand their needs, analyze data, and recommend the best solutions. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records, ensuring all processes are in compliance with relevant regulations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement healthcare strategies in collaboration with clients and healthcare professionals.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant medical regulations and standards.
• Provide expert medical advice and guidance to clients.
• Analyze medical data and recommend the best solutions for clients' needs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
• Conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure quality and compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Medicine, Nursing, or a related healthcare field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare consulting or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of medical regulations and standards, such as Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and International Council for Harmonisation of Technical Requirements for Pharmaceuticals for Human Use (ICH).
• Proficient in using medical software and tools, such as Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English and Indonesian.
