📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily cashier operations, including opening and closing the store.,Train and supervise junior cashiers to ensure high levels of customer service.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally.,Maintain accurate financial records and reports.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment.,Collaborate with the management team to improve store performance.,Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a cashier or similar role in a retail environment.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Proficiency in using cash register systems and point-of-sale software.,Knowledge of inventory management and financial recording.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,High school diploma or equivalent.
