In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and safe operation of our fleet of vehicles, ensuring compliance with all regulations, and optimizing our logistics and transportation processes.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the fleet, including vehicle maintenance, fuel management, and driver scheduling.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, including vehicle inspections, driver training, and accident reporting.
  • Optimize logistics and transportation processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance fleet safety and performance.
  • Monitor and analyze fleet performance data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the fleet management team.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient transportation operations.
  • Ensure that all vehicles are properly maintained and serviced to prevent breakdowns and accidents.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Fleet Coordinator or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics and transportation principles, including fleet management, vehicle maintenance, and safety regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Proficient in using fleet management software and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Valid driver's license and experience in driving commercial vehicles is a plus.
