📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Translate and interpret documents, emails, and reports between Indonesian and Japanese.
• Facilitate meetings and conferences, ensuring smooth communication between Indonesian and Japanese participants.
• Provide language support for clients, including answering inquiries and resolving language-related issues.
• Assist in the development and implementation of language training programs for our team.
• Collaborate with our team to ensure high-quality service delivery to our clients.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in language services.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of our language services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proficient in Japanese (JLPT N2/N3 level or equivalent).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
• Experience in language interpretation or translation, preferably in a business or corporate setting.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong cultural awareness and sensitivity, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new environments.
