In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and outreach.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase product or service benefits.,Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.,Track and report sales performance and provide regular updates to management.,Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure sales efforts are aligned with business goals.,Attend industry events and trade shows to network and generate leads.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding revenue goals.,Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using sales tools and software.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and consumer behavior is a plus.
