📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Manage inventory levels and implement effective stock control systems.,Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely receipt and distribution of goods.,Train and mentor warehouse staff to maintain high standards of performance.,Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Analyze warehouse performance metrics and suggest improvements.,Manage warehouse equipment and maintenance schedules.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management.,Proven track record of managing warehouse operations and improving efficiency.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the warehouse environment.,Understanding of lean management principles and continuous improvement processes.
