Resto Tono Health Center is looking for a dedicated Sales Assistant & Cashier to join our team. We are seeking an individual who is passionate about customer service, sales, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with menu selection and provide information about our products and services.,Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash register.,Maintain a clean and organized cashier area, including restocking supplies as needed.,Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally and find solutions.,Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation and delivery.,Monitor cash drawer balance and prepare end-of-day reports.,Promote our restaurant's special offers and events to attract and retain customers.,Work as part of a team to achieve daily sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in a food service environment.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.,Familiarity with cash handling procedures and POS systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.,Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
