📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan and implement daily activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development.
• Create and maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating environment for children.
• Assist children with daily routines, including meals, naps, and personal hygiene.
• Document children's progress and communicate with parents regularly.
• Collaborate with the center director and other teachers to ensure the smooth operation of the daycare.
• Stay updated with the latest early childhood education trends and best practices.
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development workshops.
• Promote a positive and inclusive atmosphere where all children feel valued and respected.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in early childhood education, preferably in a Montessori or Reggio Emilia setting.
• Knowledge of Montessori, Reggio Emilia, and play-based learning approaches.
• First Aid and CPR certification.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Passion for working with young children and a commitment to their holistic development.
• Valid work permit for Bali, Indonesia.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
