📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support and assistance to end-users, ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems.,Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues promptly.,Install, configure, and maintain software applications and systems.,Ensure the security and integrity of IT systems and data.,Conduct regular system backups and recovery procedures.,Document IT processes and procedures for future reference.,Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure the delivery of high-quality IT services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support roles.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Familiarity with various operating systems and software applications.,Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Familiarity with IT security best practices and procedures.
