📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Lead and manage the department, ensuring smooth operations and high performance.

Develop and implement strategies to achieve departmental and company goals.

Supervise and mentor team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless collaboration and integration.

Monitor departmental performance and make data-driven decisions to improve efficiency and productivity.

Represent the department in meetings and negotiations with stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role.

Proven track record of success in managing teams and achieving targets.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
