📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Drive internal sales by identifying opportunities and promoting our products and services.
• Manage and update customer records using Salesforce and Zendesk.
• Assist in organizing and executing sales events and promotions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and customer engagement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or sales roles.
• Proven experience using Salesforce and Zendesk.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with the food and beverage industry is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
