📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Train and develop store staff to meet performance standards.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve profitability.,Handle customer complaints and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with the regional manager to achieve company goals.,Participate in inventory management and ensure stock levels are optimized.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail management role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using retail management software.,Knowledge of sales and marketing strategies.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail industry and market trends.,Good understanding of financial management and reporting.
