Berkah Jaya Tea is looking for a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to join our team in Pasuruan, Jawa Timur. This is an immediate opportunity to lead and manage our store operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and a passion for the tea industry.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Manage and train store staff to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote store products and attract new customers.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with the regional manager to achieve store and company goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the food and beverage or tea industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing and growing a retail store.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Familiarity with Indonesian market trends and consumer behavior is a plus.
