📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide expert pharmaceutical care and support to patients,Prepare and dispense medications according to prescribed orders,Monitor and manage medication therapy,Educate patients and caregivers on proper medication use,Assist in the development and implementation of pharmacy protocols and procedures,Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient care,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records,Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical pharmacy setting,Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical laws, regulations, and standards,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages,Valid pharmacy license and certification,Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus
