We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager or Manager for our General Services department to oversee the planning and operations of our new hospital. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning and implementation of hospital operations, including facility management, maintenance, and utilities.,Develop and maintain operational budgets and financial plans for the hospital.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards.,Manage and mentor a team of professionals in the General Services department.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless hospital operations.,Implement and monitor quality improvement initiatives.,Lead and participate in hospital improvement projects.,Represent the hospital at community and stakeholder meetings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in hospital planning and operations, preferably in a senior management role.,Proven track record of successfully managing hospital operations and budgets.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with healthcare regulations and standards is a plus.,Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
