📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Sourcing and screening potential candidates for various hotel positions.,Conducting initial interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates.,Collaborating with the hiring manager to understand job requirements and needs.,Maintaining a strong candidate database and updating it regularly.,Providing feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the hiring process.,Ensuring compliance with all local labor laws and regulations.,Analyzing recruitment metrics and providing insights for improvement.,Building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates and hiring partners.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the hospitality industry.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
