📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and welcome visitors to the office.,Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department.,Manage and maintain visitor logs and records.,Provide information about the company and its services.,Ensure the office is clean and tidy.,Coordinate with other departments to facilitate smooth operations.,Assist in organizing meetings and events.,Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with office management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Professional and polite demeanor.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.,Basic computer skills.
