📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily café operations including opening and closing procedures,Ensure all café equipment is in good working condition and maintain cleanliness,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally,Manage inventory levels and place orders as needed,Assist in preparing coffee and other beverages,Support the team during peak hours to ensure smooth operations,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to operational improvements,Assist in training new staff members

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the café or restaurant industry,Good communication and customer service skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and barista skills is a plus,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus,Strong attention to detail and organizational skills,Ability to lift and move heavy objects
